COMMUNICAITON

We believe that availability is paramount for a luxury mid to high-rise site. We realize that providing a high level of service means being available to conduct association business on an extended schedule. Some services we provide are:

  • Weekday office hours from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
  • We provide an immediate response with our 24 x 7 emergency response system with access directly to a Managing partner.
  • We provide conference rooms for Board meetings and attend all Board meetings based upon Board request. We take and disseminate all minutes based on Board approval.
  • An “open door” policy; no appointments are necessary for any owner to stop by our office for any reason.
  • We are courteous, responsive and are on hand to assist all Owners with information required for refinances, personal issue assistance, vendor referrals and coordination of owners’ needs related to the association.
  • Our emergency response system is not entrusted to a maintenance person or answering service; it is monitored by a Managing partner exclusively via a professional response system.

  • Respond to letters and log calls from owners
  • Send notices of annual meetings

I had to obtain a condo questionnaire and budget for a borrower's purchase application. I was told a check had to be mailed as they don't take credit cards. I had the borrower mail the check and followed up with Elizabeth G. as this was needed ASAP. She was such a sweetheart. She went above and beyond and sent me the condo info in trust the check would be rec'd. She got the check right after she sent me the documents.
