Our goal is to use e-mail and other technology to streamline the relationship between Managing agent, association, and Board. Many association documents and records will be transferred to electronic format for ease of accessibility.

We want to use any technology available to best improve your experience. Some of the services we offer are:

  • Owners the ability to pay maintenance fees via direct debit (ACH).
  • Owner’s ability to view Association documents, Memos and place work orders online.
  • Board members on-line “view only” login access directly to the bank accounts of the condominium association.
  • Provide or manage the existing on-line community
  • Create a budget for your property aimed at lowering expenses and increasing reserve balances. We will coordinate your annual tax returns. You will be able to access your accounts on-line, in report form, or in person, at any time.

I had to obtain a condo questionnaire and budget for a borrower's purchase application. I was told a check had to be mailed as they don't take credit cards. I had the borrower mail the check and followed up with Elizabeth G. as this was needed ASAP. She was such a sweetheart. She went above and beyond and sent me the condo info in trust the check would be rec'd. She got the check right after she sent me the documents.
